What do you like most?
The booking engine is integrated with our hotel’s website and Facebook page. We are getting commission free direct bookings instead of depending on OTAs.These helps us minimise the recenue shared with OTAs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Really the mobile application needs improvement. It lacks necessary features that are available in the desktop version and also other features.
