What do you like most?
The team: Very personable & knowledgable with mostly good response times. Reliable CRS: compared to others, we experience fewer issues with guest-facing solutions and deliverables.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Currently there are many projects in the works related to a recent acquisition, which seems to be slowing development of some solutions still in their early stages.
