What do you like most?
It is web based, can check guests reservations and activities on a cell phone (if needed) Easy to see everything that is going on for the day through the Front Desk Dashboard (FDDS) the amount of reports you are able to run for arrivals and transpo, along with A/R accounts etc. Support is always available, via phone or online chat, quick to respond.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Too many clicks Too many screens that you're not able to bypass when trying to assist a guest in a timely manner. If you want to make changes to the set up, it has to be approved by Meastro, which will effect all hotels that use Maestro. You cannot run reports for prior days, only able to run reports for current or future dates.
