What do you like most?
The greatest advantage of the hotel management system is its excellent connection with all sales channels. Thanks to this integration, overbooking never occurs, and the system works reliably and fully delivers the value it is paid for.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As an additional system enhancement, or a future update, I would suggest introducing an internal accounting connection. More specifically, it would be highly beneficial to develop an internal accounting module within the system itself. Such a module would significantly simplify the work of accountants as well as hoteliers, by centralizing financial data and directly linking it to reservations and revenue. Although there are existing integrations with external accounting systems, my proposal is for HotelSink to develop its own internal accounting solution, fully tailored to the needs of the hospitality industry.
