What do you like most?
We have been trusting the Journeytok team for several years now—going back to their time as Wifreezone—and their technological evolution has been key for our hotels. They helped us completely resolve our guest WiFi connectivity and management issues. The impact has been twofold: on one hand, we have exponentially grown our customer database; on the other, their in-house incident management tools allow us to resolve any on-site issue in real time, swiftly and effectively. This has translated into a direct increase in our positive reviews. Furthermore, the automation and native integration with our PMS and CRM provide invaluable operational value to our daily workflow.Without a doubt, the best part of the product is the outstanding human team behind it, always ready to support us with flawless service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As a suggestion for future evolution, given that the volume of data we capture through the Hotspot is massive, we would love to see an even deeper predictive analytics module or advanced Business Intelligence dashboards within the Journeytok control panel. Although the current segmentation works wonders for automating WhatsApp and email workflows, having native visual reports on guest behavior patterns (such as peak usage hours, exact recurrence by device type, or built-in AI predictive segmentation) would elevate the tool to the level of the most complex data intelligence CRMs on the market. Knowing their pace of technological innovation, we are sure they will implement it soon!
