What do you like most?
Mobile Concierge has been a game changer for our hotels, helping us streamline communications from guests. Most importantly, the company is committed to a continuous improvement cycle so we often have solutions before any problems arise. Shall we need anything or have a suggestion the NexGen team is quick to respond.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is rather impossible for me to find something that could be improved. I find the tool extremely user friendly and intuitive.
