What do you like most?
SynXis is one of the best channel managers I’ve worked with, offering strong and reliable connections with almost all OTA partners through Channel Connect, as well as smooth integrations with GDS partners. The platform optimizes distribution seamlessly with its user-friendly interface and clear process flows, making it easy to manage even the most complex operations. The stability of the system is also impressive — updates reflect quickly, and errors are minimal, which gives me peace of mind when working across multiple channels and markets. I currently manage three properties — COMO Metropolitan Singapore and two COMO Maldives resorts — and SynXis has been essential in keeping our distribution optimized, balanced, and healthy across all three. Managing properties in two very different destinations requires a system that is both flexible and dependable, and SynXis delivers exactly that. It allows me to save valuable time by reducing manual work, while also ensuring rate parity and consistency across OTAs and GDS connections. What sets SynXis apart is not just the technology, but also the incredible team behind it. Our channel manager, Chloe, has been incredibly proactive, offering valuable insights, guidance, and quick solutions whenever needed. I have also received excellent service and constant support from Jose, Jennifer, Daniela, Stacy, and many other SHS customer care officers who always go above and beyond to resolve issues efficiently. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication create an experience that feels more like a true partnership rather than just a service provider relationship. Overall, SynXis gives me confidence that my properties are in good hands. With strong channel connectivity, smooth distribution processes, and the ability to optimize workflows, it has become a vital tool for managing hospitality operations at scale. Adding more advanced reporting features and expanding Channel Connect to include additional OTAs would make it even more powerful, but as it stands, SynXis is already one of the most reliable, effective, and supportive solutions I have ever used.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is already very strong, but adding more advanced reporting and customization features would further help optimize performance and decision-making. It would also be great to expand Channel Connect with other OTAs to maximize reach and efficiency.
