What do you like most?

Automation, Easy Integration & Scalability -PriceLabs integrates seamlessly with major PMS and channel managers, making onboarding smooth and efficient. VR Dynamic Pricing -PriceLabs stands out with its dynamic pricing tailored specifically for vacation rentals. Features on Pricelabs help benchmark against competition. Gap night pricing, orphan night fills, and minimum stay rules help us capture more bookings in competitive STR markets. Since implementing PriceLabs, we’ve seen significant improvements in RevPAR and occupancy, particularly in volatile or highly seasonal markets. About 60% of our bookings come via OTAs, and the pricing visibility and competitiveness that PriceLabs enables plays a big part in that success. Our listings consistently rank in the top tier within their comp sets, thanks to the optimized pricing strategies the platform supports. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Option to compare data. Also, a feature that allows us to see the actual growth percentage of listing which were there last year and also in the current year without taking into consideration the growth added due to the introduction of new listings.
