What do you like most?
I love the user interface. And how easy it is to adjust and monitor the rates. I also love how quick it works on the back end whether its rate adjusting or restrictions. The ai is quite reactive and we have seen it learn the way we are pricing quite quickly which is of course of great benefit especially when dealing with a cluster of hotels.User-friendly interface – the dashboards are usually much more intuitive than traditional RMS tools. Automation – it reduces manual work by automating forecasting, pricing, and reporting. AI-driven forecasting – the predictive analytics often feel more accurate and adaptive than older systems. Scenario planning – being able to run “what if” simulations helps in making quicker, data-backed decisions. Integration – it connects smoothly with PMS, CRS, and distribution channels, cutting down on operational friction. Time savings – less time crunching numbers, more time focusing on strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The ai insights althought great needs some work. Eventually would love this system to deal with Overbooking strategies. While the Flyr Revenue System brings many strengths to the table, there are a few areas where it still leaves room for improvement. One of the most noticeable gaps is that the platform does not address overbooking strategy. For revenue managers, overbooking is a critical part of optimizing occupancy and profitability, and it would be far more convenient if the system could incorporate this functionality rather than leaving it to external processes or manual oversight. Another area of concern lies in the AI-generated reports. Although the insights are often useful, the reporting does not always deliver the desired effect. At times, the outputs feel incomplete or slightly misaligned with the actual needs of decision-making, which reduces the reliability of the tool as a standalone resource. Finally, the rate code restriction functionality could be refined. Currently, filtering is only available through a drop-down menu, which can be limiting and time-consuming. A search-based restriction option would make the system much more efficient and user-friendly, particularly when handling large volumes of codes. Alert system – notifications on market changes, demand shifts, or competitor pricing could be more proactive and customizable.
