What do you like most?
As someone who previously relied heavily on complex spreadsheets to manage data across multiple sites, I am incredibly impressed with the efficiency and ease that both Fairmas Planning and Fairpayroll have brought to our workflow. These two systems have completely eliminated the need for lengthy document linking and manual updates, saving us significant time and reducing the risk of errors. Fairpayroll has been particularly valuable in streamlining payroll calculations. It handles various splits across multiple sites effortlessly, allowing us to manage payroll with greater accuracy. The integration with our budgets and forecasts ensures that data is consistent and up-to-date, offering real-time insights that were difficult to obtain before. Fairmas Planning has similarly simplified our planning process. The system allows us to manage and visualise monthly and annual data with ease, and the overall user experience is intuitive, making it accessible for both experienced and less tech-savvy users. The ability to seamlessly interface between planning and payroll has truly enhanced our ability to forecast and analyze data, ultimately driving better decision-making. Both systems have significantly improved our efficiency and helped us to move away from cumbersome manual processes, making them essential tools for any organization looking to modernize its financial operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for potential improvement would be an integration with our accounting platform, Xero, which is soon transitioning to Sage. Having a direct integration between these systems and Fairmas would streamline our processes even further. However, this is not a major concern, as the ability to export data from Xero (or soon, Sage) and import it into Fairmas works perfectly fine for our needs. The process is quick and easy, and the manual step doesn’t hinder the overall user experience.
