Booking Engine
What do you like most?
We use the Windsurfer Booking Engine and could not be more happy with it. It is user friendly on the back end and there are many presentation options for the guest facing part. On top of that their customer service is second to none. Our conversion is above industry average and the connectivity with our PMS is smooth.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I would like to see improved is that I wish I could write the descriptions for room types and rate plans without having to write it in HTML.
