What do you like most?
Open communication and a good working relationship are key. We work very well with Phelim and the team at P3. Independent hotels who are not part of a large group can sometimes be treated as 'small fish in a big pond' - this has never been the case with Phelim and the team at P3 and we have always found them to react quickly to queries and issues, resolving them efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We switched to P3 for more flexibility but there is always new functionality that you needed 'yesterday' so if there was anything to be improved it would be the speed of developing new technical solutions.
