What do you like most?
What I like the most is how easy and intuitive is the software in general. Making a reservation is very easy to learn and to teach to newcommers, with the possibility to give them different levels of access. The interface is also very user-friendly which allows everyone to easily navigate through the paltform. Another thing that I really like and is very useful to us, are the different kinds of reports available just with a click away. It allows us to have a live comprehension of how we are performing, which make our decision making an easier task all around. One last aspect that me and my team really like, is the online support that is always there when we need it. Support tries their best to understand the issue and to solve it live, and if there's a more complicated issue, they escalate it quickly to the area of expertise. This makes us feel that we are backed up in cases of software issues that could arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I add a new member and give them a new permission, even if I don't give them access to modify reservations, they can still block and unblock cells, which is a bit absurd. If I want just observers so people don't mess around with the reservations, they shouldn't be able to block/unclock cells of dates in the reservation's planner. You could also improve in making the rates of the rooms stable, in the sense that when I'm creating a new reservation, and I select a specific rate, when I change the amount of passengers or change dates, the rates go back to default and I have to re do it all over again. So I'm forced to do it in a specific order, which is not a very convenient when we are in a rush or we need to change something on the go. Last, but not least, DARK THEME/MODE option would be amazing. We are in 2024 and dark mode option is a must to have in the settings. White and bright background is very annoying for many staff and bothers the eyesight when we have long working hours in front of the software (high season).
