DocMX is an advanced information management and workflow system designed to streamline operations, particularly within the hospitality industry. I worked very closely with DocMX while I was working with the project team on IHG, I rolled on more than 50 hotels and showed how beneficial is DocMX for properties and operations by showing them the best practices and what they can save on using DocMX.

What do you like most?
- Document Capture and Management- Process Automation - Integration and Flexibility - Loved how easy is to use the technology, it's very friendly user, enjoyed a lot being part of the development side working closely with both project team on IHG and Engineering team from DocMX on new functionalities to meet the needs of the operation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is nothing in specific I could say should be improved, they are basically "Best to have" things other than "Must to have" things regarding functionalities that can be improved, but since this is a tailor-made technology to your company they can always adapt on your needs.
