Power Booking Engine, yest surprisingly easy to manage!

What do you like most?
My past experience with booking engines were that they were extremely difficult to set up and manage and when you had problems, it was also difficult to get a hold of support to fix any issues. Since switching to Windsurfer, I found that this didnot have to be the case. Setting up our listing was very easy. Managing the individual rate plans is easy and we have multiple ways to market our rates right in the booking engine. Our conversion has doubled in the last year, with less effort involved. Our favorite functionality for group bookings. This allows us to set up a group, make it elastic so that we may add our premium room types at a premium rate and add pre and post days without the need of holding the rooms out of general inventory. This has made our sales managers more productive and our group meeting planners happy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The thing that I would like expanded is the number of direct partners that connect to the Windsurfer booking engine. We do have several partners, but as international travel returns, believe that we could capture more bsuiness with additional connections.
