From a revenue management perspective, LodgIQ does a strong job of making complex data easy to access, interpret, and communicate. The platform is intuitive, clearly labeled, and easy for teams to navigate without a steep learning curve. What stands out most is the usability of the data—nearly every dashboard or report can be exported into Excel for deeper analysis, while many of the screens are polished enough to use directly in owner, asset management, or hotel leadership presentations. That combination of analytical flexibility and presentation-ready reporting makes the platform especially useful in a multi-property environment where teams need to move quickly from data to strategy and decision-making.

What do you like most?
The room-type pricing capabilities are one of LodgIQ’s strongest features. I particularly like the ability to strategically manage pricing and rate differentials across room categories rather than focusing solely on the base room rate. It provides revenue teams with greater flexibility to optimize the value of the entire room inventory and better capitalize on demand by room type.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the format of data exports. Currently, exports tend to provide large amounts of raw data rather than information organized in a way that is immediately actionable. It would be helpful if exports were structured in a clean, standardized data format specifically designed for easy use in Excel pivot tables. This would allow revenue teams to analyze and manipulate the data much more efficiently without having to spend time cleaning or reorganizing it first.
