Very helpful. I started out with them in 1994. It's been a great help managing the rooms. The bookings and the people are always available to help with technical problems.

the help I get when I encounter a problem and the quick response to help resolve the problems. A real person answers the phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
program offers more than I take advantage of. I'm happy with the easy set up of units. But the transition from high season to low season and vice versa could have a warning message feature.
