What do you like most?
Slope is undoubtedly the best hotel management software available and has been a real game-changer for managing our 80-room property, finally eliminating the complex, fragmented systems we had previously. Its all-in-one, cloud-based architecture, with a seamlessly integrated PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine, ensures unprecedented operational efficiency. Centralized reservation management, combined with advanced modules like CRM and Slope Pay, allows us to avoid errors and dedicate more time to guests. Also worthy of mention are the dedicated apps, which are "add-on modules" that integrate seamlessly with the central PMS, allowing us to extend the functionality of the basic system according to the property's specific needs. Some of these modules include "Taste by Slope" the dedicated food and beverage management software that allows for seamless management of orders, bills, and room charges, integrating directly with the guest account. Or specific applications that help efficiently manage guest check-in (iD Scan), housekeeping designed for those responsible for room cleaning, meeting rooms, the wellness center, and parking. RMS Peak was recently launched, helping hoteliers automate their pricing strategies in a guided manner. The aim of the RMS is to have complete control over pricing policies. One aspect we appreciate is the customer support staffed by consultants you can talk to and who offer support with a thorough understanding of the regulations and operational dynamics of the national market. This provides hoteliers with a local and competent contact, capable of quickly resolving specific issues (such as ISTAT and guest records).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, we can't find anything to improve, as Slope is constantly evolving and adapts perfectly to our needs. In fact, we're thrilled with the recent implementations that are making the platform grow day after day. The introduction of the RMS Peak module is a prime example, as it offers us even more sophisticated revenue management tools. These ongoing innovations confirm that Slope is more than just a management software, but a true technology partner we can work with and that is designed to help our hotel business grow.
