The ease of use and reaching out to the agents. The option to prioritize the cases. copying users to cases.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are some cases where the agents don't search enough for the error causes, and they cancel the case without giving us any chance to modify the configuration. There is no option for the IDS screenshots.
