What do you like most?
This PMS is Easy to use. Every time need a hand, the Support Team very helpful. Nice Report View and Detail.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have occasionally experienced that WINCLOUD runs quite slowly during use, with buffering lasting around 10–20 seconds. We are not sure what may be causing this, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could look into the issue and help improve the performance.
