What do you like most?
The service standards are fully backed up with the performance of the software. Claims by Tock that their state of the art booking system would operate without a glitch have been fully supported by the evidence of our time using the system. The customer support is thorough and intuitive and should the answer not be simple to find, then their personal support is second to none. Fully utilising Tock will allow our business to vastly improve profitability and provide numerous cost savings and service advantages.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Whilst Tock is designed to offer a very effective total booking system, a little more individual programming to incorporate particular requirements of each customer would take their offering to the next level.
