What do you like most?
I was really pleased to find RezControl. It ticks 99% of what we need with incremental improvements each month. I particularly like the integrations with restaurant diaries and gift vouchers. Quick UK support at the end of the phone.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We struggle with room moves and would like to be able to make a single guest booking across multiple room moves.
