What do you like most?
I do not like Aven Hospitality, but I have to use it because there is no other option to connect with big wholesalers, and I guess that is why they do not care about customer service, they know that we have to use their product anyways.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
They need to improve the customer service they provide; it is a nightmare dealing with their support staff. They need to understand that they are dealing with a customer who is paying for their product.
