What do you like most?
The system offers comprehensive possibilities; the challenge lies in optimally utilizing and fully exploiting all its functions. The onboarding process was very customer-oriented, and the support from the account manager is outstanding. We feel very well looked after.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The major drawback is the lack of user-friendliness; the interface is not intuitive and lacks features like drag and drop, which are standard nowadays. Creating automations and newsletters is very complex and inflexible. Training is extremely difficult, and no function is self-explanatory. Product development urgently needs to accelerate; the competition is far ahead.
