What do you like most?
We have been using Easy Innkeeping for nearly 12 years for our hotel. It seamlessly handles sales transactions, inventory management, customer loyalty programs, payment processing, and reporting all within a single, reliable system. No more juggling multiple tools or spreadsheets. The support team has been fantastic whenever we’ve needed assistance — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We also appreciate how the software continues to evolve with the times. The recent addition of AI-powered inventory forecasting, automated reordering, and real-time analytics has helped us operate more efficiently and reduce stock outs significantly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some areas of advanced reporting and custom dashboard customization could be expanded for even deeper operational insights, especially for multi-location businesses. We’d also love to see a few more mobile POS features for on-the-go sales and team management. That said, the development team clearly listens to users and demonstrates a strong commitment to ongoing innovation — we’ve seen consistent, valuable updates throughout our years of using the software. Highly recommended!
