What do you like most?
Most RMS tools stop at rate shopping. Kalio goes a step further by weighting prices according to how rare our offer is compared to our competitors, and that changes the way we think about pricing. We no longer just follow the compset average, we price what actually sets us apart. It also saves us a lot of time. Competitor rates come in on their own, the dashboards are clear, and the recommendations are easy to act on. Decisions feel more grounded and easier to justify, and we react faster when the market moves. Simple to pick up, even for a small team. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love more visibility on how the scarcity weighting is calculated, and more control over it. Being able to adjust the criteria that define what makes our offer rare, such as location, parking or room category, would make the recommendations even more tailored to our property.
