What do you like most?
Our experience with Revbell has been very positive, both because of the platform itself and, especially, because of the support from the team. I want to give special mention to Emiliano, who is an exceptional professional. He knows the sector very well because he has worked in it, he provides sound advice, and he is always ready to help us get the most out of the tool. For us, he is undoubtedly one of Revbell's greatest assets in Spain. Over the past year, we have also seen significant progress in the platform's evolution, with improvements and advancements in functionality, and we are confident that this development will continue. Implementing Revbell and integrating it with our PMS has allowed us to work on our revenue strategy in a much more structured way, optimize prices, and make better decisions aimed at maximizing the revenue and profitability of our establishments. We highly recommend this solution for its combination of technology, constant evolution, and, above all, the human support and guidance behind it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe one of the main areas for improvement would be the platform's help and documentation. Currently, there are some tooltips, but in many cases, the explanations are too brief and serve more as a quick definition than a tool for truly learning how to interpret each chart, indicator, or feature. It would be very helpful to have a more comprehensive knowledge base in Spanish, with practical examples, more detailed explanations, and contextual documentation that allows users to understand not only what each data point shows, but also how to interpret and use it to make decisions. I think this would greatly help shorten the learning curve and, above all, unlock Revbell's full potential. In any case, the platform's evolution over the past year has been very positive, and I believe these improvements would fit perfectly with that progress.
