What do you like most?
Cloud based solution with real-time updates. There is no need to install anything locally. You only need a browser. We have been before with other providers but we have not been not happy. We have been looking to have a solution for managing all our bookings and bar and restaurant we are happy we crossed our road with Hotelbee. They were able to provide solution to our demands in a timely matter and have been offering continuous support and they are always listening and open to suggestions to improve further.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As the future belongs to API, perhaps more integrations with travel agents, payment processors, e-invoicing in different countries could be added value in the solution package.
