What do you like most?
The automated price adjustments, this way it is not need to constantly review your rates which saves time. The way the system learns from previous years. You can implement your own budget and forecast, it helps with determining how far from your goals you are.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The AI forecast is not always accurate. Our hotels have a big difference between high and low season, even after years it still has not learned how many last minute reservations we deal with in Summer. The forecast never expects the budget will be reached, while we almost always do.
