What do you like most?
Fast, responsive, anticipatory service of customer needs; easy to navigate set up process; understand their customer's needs and deliver a platform that fits those specific needs to a T.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's hard to say what is to dislike about Tock. If anything it's more of an issue on our end that setting up a third party vendor is not always easy with a corporation as large as ours, but the Tock team has been patient and understanding throughout the entire process.
