The tool itself was user-friendly plus their support team is always eager to help and assist. Their work is truly commendable and extraordinary. We saw their heart and passion to help us with many of these particular requirements with content, even a detailed step-by-step process if required is extended to us to ensure that we have done things correctly. In times we have escalations a designated support person is there to assist us in a timely manner. Truly, the service exceeded our expectations and we are definitely happy having them at our back in this service.
