What do you like most?
I like that it's really easy to use and extremely cost efficient. The technical support has been great and it's easy to use with other online tools that require tracking pixels, etc. The implementation was also a quick and seamless process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Poor development roadmap over the past number of years. Since it’s acquisition by Priceline, their core model is not consistent with hotels that are trying to convert OTAs to direct bookers
