What do you like most?
The overview feature, the hotel quality index, and the flexibility of the solution overall. Great features making the tool user friendly and relevant for both the revenue expert and the front office user, depending of their needs. Perfect sync with OHIP for data. Very strong reporting that we still need to explore in depth as there are so much options.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The group quotation tool. So far, we were not able to use the feature due to unadapted pricing recommendations, no consideration for shoulder date impact nor F&B and not available beyond 365 days.
