What do you like most?
The key component for my choice of Operto is the integration with my booking engine that allows for lock control and also guest messaging without guests having to download anything to their personal device. Working with Operto, I find they are attentive and the product has only improved. Lots of positive development and great customer service!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The tech builds the company goes for are ambitious, and sometimes the improvements create bugs in things that are already working well. I think there is also too much emphasis on AI-based service solutions for a property of my size (X-small to small with 9-10 rooms).
