What do you like most?
EntryReady is simple and very intuitive. Moreover, we were tired of requesting customer support from other manufacturing companies overseas. EntryReady was supporting our local staff all along. The SW seamlessly integrate with our PMS reducing the Front Desk load. The HW is beautifully designed and quite functional. The mobile key and Apple Wallet compatibility will make check-in process more dynamic and cost effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not really too much. They support team is incredible and they face the usual challenge of replacing existing locks with a full sold-out property and they delivered with minimal hick-ups. Moreover, any need our team had was promptly replied.
