What do you like most?
- integration of various applications that resulted in getting better performance in less time and with less suppositions and less interdepartmental conflicts - very easy to understand performance through obvious automated reports, I cannot imagine how it would be to start the day without Juyo dashboard - increase transparency and therefore empower colleagues from different departments to become more strategic and to be aligned with our actions - quick and efficient support, open to feedback and willing to adapting the system fast
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For the Group/Demand Calendar side I would love to see the following changes: - centralise Events that impact demand for all hotels of our groups - integration with Get into More to identify the most demanded days, low conversion days at what past rates we lost, in order to eventually adapt day pricing or restrictions etc
