What do you like most?
The support team is available 24/7 and consistently goes above and beyond to assist with queries or concerns. They are readily available to assist with all the challenges through call, chat and emails. Another advantage is that they assist us in regional languages too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It will be better if they add comparison reports for occupancy, source, segments, room types and revenue & diffrence in segmant report ota,fit.
