What do you like most?
The UI of this software is simple and straightforward. This makes it easier for newer employees to understand the software quickly. The drag-and-drop reservation system is incredibly intuitive and reduces our workload. The advanced revenue tracking and occupancy forecast feature helps us manage our room rates efficiently. Cheerze Connect covers all essential hotel management features without overwhelming complexity. The Support of Mr Nandhakumar is simple Excelenent, has a good knowledge regarding the Product. Polite, handle the issue with a very gentle way. Till now no support issue pending from his end.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As of now, Cheerze Connect is only available in English. We have a huge chain of hotels in different cities. So, it would be better if they add multilingual options. It will immensely benefit our regional employees.
