What do you like most?
Working with Attractions IO is fantastic for any attraction. Their knowledge and experience makes working with them a breeze. They're always innovating and the customer support is top tier! As we further develop our app capabilities, it's becoming more integrated into the running of the business and providing a virtual guide for hotel and park guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There's very little that the attractions team could improve! If I had to be super picky, we had a couple bugs with the backend but when this was report it was corrected pretty quickly.
