What do you like most?
We're a new resort in Phuket. As any new property we've struggled at the beginning with choosing the right pms for us. The Prostay team was very responsive which we needed the most to get us started. Setup was smooth and special thanks to Yazed for always be present during the onboarding. Features are more than you can ask, my unexpected favorite is the AI reservations agent. It replies to basic questions in Thai and English which is really cool. So far we're super happy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maintenance staff update room issues on their phones, and the mobile web version is workable but tricky sometimes. Bigger buttons on the app could go a long way.
