What do you like most?
Lights on Digital is a premier digital agency. They bring creative expertise to everything they do whether web development, digital advertising or social media outreach. Their team has stayed cutting-edge in an ever-changing landscape. Their response time to all of our needs for our luxury hotel has been quick and efficient. Great team! We marketed our high-end luxury hotel in Caribbean during Hurricane Irma and Lights on Digital worked with us to launch our hotel open despite this huge obstacle to the travel industry in that region. We were able to increase our web traffic and reservation inquiries within the first 30-days of opening. Our website was also instrumental in securing our esteemed Relais & Chateaux membership within six weeks of opening...something we could not have done with LOD. Customer since: 2016
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are no cons at this time. Working globally is the everyday norm but it would be good to have more face-time with the team.
