What do you like most?
They are professional, reliable and friendly always available to assist. Constantly working on improving on every expect to make bussines better.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Allowing onsite team to change rates for last minute booking as needed. Adding an alerts fixture to be used at check-in, check-out to be use for example as a reminder that we have a return guest, birthday, anniversary or anything that will make the guest feel extra special that we recognise theme.
