What do you like most?
SynXis is user-friendly and easy to learn. The booking engine allows for a customizable Interface, and I like the seamless real-time integration with various systems. Also, the distribution capabilities are great. It allows me to reach several corporate accounts and travel agencies.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Reports could be more structured and user-friendly to facilitate better decision making. The need for more automation, as manual processes can be time-consuming and prone to errors.
