What do you like most?
Some features could benefit from deeper customization to match unique operational workflows. Reporting templates are useful, but adding more advanced analytics or custom export formats would enhance flexibility. Occasional delays in sync between channels can occur during peak times, and improving refresh speed would boost efficiency.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The overall system speed could be enhanced, especially during peak usage times, to ensure smoother navigation and faster updates. The PMS currently doesn’t allow setting cleaning fees and other additional charges directly, which creates extra manual work. Adding more flexibility to configure these fees within the system would greatly improve efficiency and accuracy.
