What do you like most?
I like the personalized service and the fact that we are not just a number to SHR. They have dedicated resources working with us at a very granular level on the booking engine. They listen to and act on our feedback to improve their booking engine both on the guest facing and back end and user experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continued improvement on the look and feel of the user experience and opportunities to drive more ancillary revenue streams in addition to rooms
