What do you like most?
We value customer service/support, availability, and listening to feedback. We believe the transparent and proactive collaboration we've found within the Blastness team is fundamental to our work.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ease of use: it's quite cumbersome. For example, in our setup, we need to change the price for all room types even if automatic rules are set. Integration with be safe rate has been promised for at least a year.
