What do you like most?
You have a lot of possibilities and a lot of data which can be used by sales team and front office.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is quite complicated to set up new letters and if you want to have someone to show you how to work with that there are only webinars otherwise it is really expensive to buy a lesson.
