What do you like most?
The recommendations are based on many valuable points, our budget, competitiors, occupation, demand. So it allows us revenue managers to save time aligning all those factors with our strategy for a better outcome. Also forecasts get more accurate over time and more data is analysed therefore more trustworthy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An app that allows you to view recommendations and submit pricing/restrictions via your mobile phone or tablet, wherever you are. Additionally, it largely depends on the hotel management system (PMS) allowing for different pricing based on occupancy levels, especially when extra beds are used and there are different prices for children and adults. Each PMS has its own way to recieve information so I get it isn't easy for BEONx to have a setup that works for all.
