What do you like most?
For digital marketing, the skillset within this team and willingness to help when required is what I like most. I also like that we can run PMTG campaigns when a lot of other agencies do not have this facility.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting platform could be improved. Having an overall digital performance report would be great as currently I have to go into each campaign type and manually get the overall digital ROI performance. It would be great to receive a quarterly update of some sort, directly from our agency contacts, on "best practice" updates. Eg if Google have rolled out a new campaign type, if there are updates to the algorithm, general beset practice etc etc
