What do you like most?
User-friendly interface, always-on support, and constant updates. Recommended for standard hospitality applications, rather than specialty applications.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's a shame for more specific reservations than for incoming and outgoing groups at the same time. Often, the rooms are arranged by type rather than by date (which would be helpful), and this order cannot be changed.
